This apartment is a reasonable base for staying in Seville. Its location is unbeatable and excellant, just a short walk away from Torre Giralda Bell Tower. Plus it is so close to most major attractions, the tourist trap eateries and Seville's main tourist points.

Comfortable stay for our 2 night visit, comfortable bedroom and neat bathroom. Amazing setting right by the both the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral, bars, restaurants and local landmarks and the horses go by and all the city life.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Avenida for a few days in the heart of Seville. The location couldn't have been better, just a 3-minute walk from the cathedral and right in the city center. The apartment was clean, neat, and had comfortable beds, making it perfect for our stay. The air-conditioning was powerful, the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, and the view from the bedroom window was lovely. The owner of the place was friendly, helpful, and professional, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and great service.
